Outline for Written Grant Request Requirements
We strongly encourage you to apply online as you will have immediate acknowledgment of the receipt of your application and it will be processed much more quickly. However, if you wish to submit your request in writing, you may follow our Outline for Grant Request Requirements to ensure you submit a complete request.
