EDYTH BUSH FOUNDATION

EVALUATIONS

In its commitment to accountability, The Edyth Bush Charitable Foundation periodically contracts an independent firm to conduct a community assessment of the Foundation. Through confidential opinion surveys, a series of interviews, and research of the philanthropic community, the firm, from a neutral standpoint, is able to present a report to the Foundation of what the community is thinking and saying about it. Below is a link to the findings of the latest Community Assessment.

Community Assessment:

After each Board Meeting in which grant proposals are considered, all grant applicants are surveyed. It is the Foundation’s desire to learn from the results; ascertain the strengths and weaknesses of its grantmaking process, then to build on the strengths, and improve on the weaknesses. Below are links to summaries of the surveys for the following years.
